We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
